The reason why Skif sweaters appears is that our customers search your products in our site, and at the same time this search create a tag page contain his or her search results. Please do not worry, we have deleted the relative pages. Thank you for your reminding and understanding, and we will be better.

  2. Your service is disgraceful. I have paid and was sent a dress that cannot be worn because the zipper is broken. On your website it looked elegant and well made- the dress I received looked like something out of Star Trek. I bought this dress for my daughters formal, she was in tears when she saw how absolutely awful the dress was. I contacted you to try and arrange a refund, and after I had sent all the photos etc – suddenly you have stopped responding to my emails.
    I will be making a complaint to the Australian & International Consumer Affairs – Consumers deserve to be treated with respect, and your warranty guarantee to be honoured. I certainly will be adding my comments to Facebook to alert all my friends to the fact that your Company is unprofessional, unreliable and should be avoided at all costs.I have 2 daughters with large contact lists who will be doing the same.

Desideravo sapere perchè non rispondete a queste ultime in quanto vi è indicato le misure del vestito che ho da voi commissionato;prima dell’ordine mi avete risposto, forse volevate accaparrarvi un cliente, ed ora che i soldi ve li siete presi non rispondete piu?inoltre se il vestito dovesse arrivarmi sbagliato a chi devo rivolgermi visto che non si evince niente dal vostro sito?Con questo messaggio non voglio “minacciare” nessuno;vorrei solo far valere i miei diritti ed essere una vostra cliente visto che tra l’al’tro vi ho già pagato anticipatamente.Spero che abbiate letto la mia email, sotto il nome di alessandra caputo con le nuove misure del vestito ordinato in data 21/06/2012 e spero rispondiate al più presto e che non mi arrivi un altro vestito.Concludo dicendo che se cosi non fosse, mi dispiacerebbe fare una denuncia penale ed andare oltre visto che ho il padre avvocato; so come fare e questa è una promessa.Distinti saluti.
