They are all combination of shirts and pants, but the length of sleeves and pants are different. Normally, rompers are counted as one of jumpsuits. So we can say that all rompers are jumpsuits, but not all jumpsuits are rompers. In some way, rompers are more suitable for late spring and summer.

When it was popular as playwear for little kids, it was considered to be light, loose and cozy for movement in early years. It still owns these advantages right now.
